My experience with Premiere Team was top-notch from start to finish. I moved to the Fort Hood on last minute military orders and needed to find a house on an abbreviated timeline. While other local companies did not care about my situation, Mike and his team did everything they could to help me out. They had someone come show me a house on a Saturday, sent me all the paperwork and rushed everything allowing me to move in the very next day. The house was in excellent condition, and the few small repair requests I had were taken care of immediately. Unfortunately, I had to break my lease early due to a military deployment. Through the entire process they were understanding and facilitated an easy move out process. They worked with my schedule for house showings, and provided the refund of my security deposit within the 30 days required by Texas law. They were very fair in their deductions. When I arrive back to the states, I would absolutely rent from Premiere Team again. The staff is attentive, personable, and respectful at all times.

The experience of seeking a home with BJ from Premiere happened at a frantic pace, but that suited my busy schedule as well as the speed with which the Austin housing market moves. Some days we would end up looking at 10 homes in an hour. Throughout I was always able to get my questions answered. My agent kept my preferences in mind when evaluating prospective homes, and pointed out other things to look for that I didnt know about. I never want to move again because its a titanic ordeal, but if I did Id give Premiere a call.
