I received outstanding service from Michael Lee and Premier Properties during the recent sale of my late mothers home in Mineral Wells. The home was in need of extensive work, but because I live out of state, I was not able to be physically present for estimates or to supervise repairs. However, Michael stepped up to the task and oversaw everything necessary to make the home eligible for financing, even to the extent of doing some of the work himself. Michael not only helped facilitate the sale but saved me thousands of dollars in travel expenses by his actions. Throughout the process he was very professional and kept me well-informed through his communication. I highly recommend Michael and Premier Properties to anyone looking for a real estate professional in the Mineral Wells and Weatherford areas.
