We have used Amy with Premier Hill Country Properties on several transactions, where she is helping us as a buyer and other times the seller. She has an outstanding knowledge of the industry and market. One of the things that I enjoy the most about working with Amy is she is proactive, and extremely responsive. I cant say enough good things about her and her professionalism. I have already referred her to several friends and colleagues. You cant go wrong using her!

Amy Standley is an amazing realtor! She makes you feel like you are the only customer she has. And by that I mean no matter what time you text/contact her and nor matter how many questions you have, she immediately responds. And shes extremely knowledgeable! She was teaching the sellers agent several things during our last purchase! We recommend Amy unequivocally. You wont be disappointed. She really knows the industry and shes very personable, very professional, and very generous with her time. She even went into the house and helped clean it ...just because thats how she is.

We were so blessed to work with Lisa Nilsson! We decided to build a house in the Boerne area and Lisa was amazing. She attended the building meetings with us, took notes and checked on the progress for us during the different stages and sent pictures. She definitely went above and beyond for us and even filled in for us during the final walkthrough when we could not attend. I highly recommend Lisa for your real estate needs!

Melissa Valadez helped my husband and I sell our house yesterday, it was bittersweet to say goodbye to our first home but also amazing that a new family will be spending Christmas there making more memories in a home we loved. Melissa did a phenomenal job; attentive, very knowledgeable about her job, constant communication with everyone involved in the sell of our home. Melissa will make sure your house sells and makes you money while treating you with such kindness. She truly has a heart of gold and cared about everyone involved in selling my house (even the buyers). Melissa Valadez is an amazing realtor and she loves her job, which makes her very good at it.

Lisa Nilsson at Premier Hill Country Properties is a real estate agent extraordinaire! She worked with my husband an I to help us find our little slice of Hill Country Heaven, which was no easy task since we live in California. We were able to view multiple properties through live video chats, and Lisa was willing to drive all over the Hill Country to show us whatever property we wanted to see, in person. We just closed on a cute, little, rustic farmhouse, and Lisa offered to check on our place for us every week until we make our move to Texas in the Spring. She has gone above and beyond what we expected based on our experience with other realtors and homes we have purchased in the past. She even surprised us with a congratulatory TEXAS SIZED apple pie from Tootie Pie. Lisa is simply the best!
