I am a real estate agent in the area and I have known of Poteet Homes for 2+ years. Specifially, I have known of the owner Sonny Estrada who is a fellow real estate agent and Ive seen his social media postings about New Construction homes that Poteet Homes offers.I had clients that were looking for a home sub $200,000 and we could not find any homes on the market that couldve worked. I scheduled to meet with Sonny to discuss the possbilities of a new build. The timing was great and Sonny had a personal home of his that he wanted to sell. This home checked off all the boxes for my clients.Throughout the purchase of his property, Sonny & his team honest, always answered their phone or emails & they had stellar communication.Although we did not bulid a new home, I will continue to bring clients his way for a custom home. My wife and I had a great experience with Poteet Homes. We mainly worked with Stacy, Jennifer, and Emmanuel and they were very accommodating. They were informative whenever we had any questions and were able to answer all financing questions about the loan process in a clear manner. It was nerve wrecking with all the decisions, but they were present throughout the entire process.
