My wife and I recently purchased a residential property at Possum Kingdom Lake. Possum Kingdom Realty was our realtor of choice . We had a very seamless experience from selection of the property to closing. Jonathan Fowler was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Jonathan , Lars , and Keith will go the extra mile to answer questions , review contract language , recommend title companies , inspectors etc. I relied on their professional advice and was never disappointed or uncertain about any step of the process. I believe that they know Possum Kingdom Lake better than any of their competition. I recommend Possum Kingdom Realty unequivocally.

My experience with Misty Barkey, was simply outstanding. I was looking to buy my first house and I didnt even know where to start. Misty walked us through the whole process, working with us on a very personal basis and helped us to understand what we really wanted. She would show up on short notice and was always available! It was her local area knowledge and networking that enabled us to purchase our new home. We simply could not have done this without her or Possum Kingdom Real Estate.

From our long distance communication, to the very informative trip of the east and west side of PK lake, and the knowledgeable tours of the homes we were viewing, we were so impressed with her knowledge and integrity. We had a great experience at PK real estate office. We headed to the lake one afternoon and called several realtors in the area and asked if it would be possible to be shown around with no notice. PK real estate welcomed us immediately and told us they would find someone immediately to show us properties on the lake. The person on the phone was lovely and made us feel right at home. She connected us with Keith, who took us around in his truck and showed us several properties. He was friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. We didn’t buy anything that week but he continued to send us possibilities until we found a condo we couldn’t live without. We asked Keith to try and push for a closing date prior to July 4th and he made sure that happened. We Would definitely recommend Keith and the whole PK team!

Just bought a home through this realtor and had a great experience. John Morris sent me emails for about 2 months (at my request) for possible home matches. He only sent me homes that matched my criteria. We then picked out about 5 to go up and see. Fell in love with one of them and closed on it 2 weeks later. Flawless transition. The seller and I got along great but John facilitated that whole process. Professional in every way.

We stopped here on our way to go camping at PK. It was dark, there were flood warnings on the radio and we werent sure of directions or safety in that area. Fortunately, we stopped at the Visitors Center/Remax and met Sara (she was working late-lucky us!). She was great! She gave us information and advice on where to camp and assured us of our safety there and what would happen if we did need to find safety (we were staying on a peninsula). She was awesome and we appreciate her help!
