We had a wonderful experience working with Kayla at Pop Realty and her team selling our home in April/May 2023.This was our first time selling, and Kayla came to us right off the bat with a market analysis of our home, an explanation of the selling process, and guidance on how to prep our home for sale. She was easy to contact and quick to answer all of our questions.Kayla knows the market well, and we set the sale price with her guidance. We received an offer after 2 days on the market that exceeded our expectations! Everything after that was smooth sailing.I cant recommend Kayla and Pop Realty enough--They were great to work with hand got us a phenomenal result!

Amazing; is the one word I would use to describe this entire process. Kayla, Cathryn and the entire Pop Realty team are excellent at their jobs. I reached out to Kayla less than 12 hours before the moving trucks arrived at my home, asking for her to help sell my home. I was extremely impressed that with such short notice both Kayla and Cathryn were able to meet with me the morning of my move at my home. Kayla is very professional, the next day when I met her she had all of her research including very specific comparable properties so that we can determine a list price. I was very amazed that she wanted to list at a higher price point than what I thought the house would go for. Additionally, Kayla help guide me on the key areas to focus on to get the house list ready, yet again I was very impressed; I was willing to spend four times as much on repairs than what Kayla suggested I needed. As soon as I addressed the minor touch-ups, the real estate photographer came by and took such stunning photos (this actually almost made me want to purchase my home all over again). Kayla listed the home the very next day, and within a week we got a contract secured! Another incredible aspect to this transaction is that with Kayla’s expertise she was able to get me more than $3.00 per square foot than any other house that has ever sold in the same neighborhood and that to all within 7 days!!!!!! Going into this transaction I was super nervous about listing the house, because within my community I was competing with about 3 other house that have been listed for a very long time, the competition was cheaper per square foot, and had the same if not more square footage than my home, but Kayla assured me that I did not have anything to be concerned about. If you haven’t done so I highly recommend Kayla, Cathryn, and the Pop Realty team for any of your real estate needs; they have such a phenomenal skillset, you will be extremely pleased.

Words can not express the gratitude and appreciation we have for Kayla and Cathryns support throughout our journey of purchasing a home. Without a doubt, being a first time home buyer is terrifying as well has emotionally exhausting. I swear Home Inspection induced Panic Disorder should be a recognized diagnosis. However, Kayla and Cathryn remained calm, cool and collected but more importantly, my husband and I never felt pressured to settle. I was very fortunate to have been referred to Pop Realty when searching for a home in the Spring area. Lindsay Schoppe is an absolutely amazing agent. She was able to help me come up with the strategy to submit the best offer on a home that was receiving multiple offers. From the very beginning until closing and beyond, she was always available and willing to help with any questions or advice, no matter how big or small. (Sometimes I had to ask the same question twice, and she was nothing but patient with my calls and emails.) Throughout the whole process of contracts, inspections, negotiations and all the other loose ends that needed to be tied, she was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and always available. Lindsay has a clear understanding of how important good communication is when working with real estate clients and she helped guide me through the purchase every step of the way. In the end, I got the perfect house. Lindsay made what is typically a very stressful situation a smooth process for me. I really appreciated all her help and support, and I highly recommend Lindsay and Pop Realty.

Talk about an A-Team! Words cant express how grateful we are to these two magicians. They helped get my home under contract in just one day - TWICE - even after the first buyers financing fell through. Their advice, expertise, and responsiveness kept my crazy at bay and made this experience so much easier. These two were truly only a text, email, or phone call away starting on day one! We told them we wanted to sell, and move QUICKLY to reduce our commute..and 7 weeks later were closing on the sale of our current home and the purchase of our dream home on the same day.
