Pioneer 1 is everything that we wanted in a property management company. Yes, there may be larger, cheaper companies that claim various types of benefits, but at the end of day, what matters is this:1.) You can always email or call and get in contact with your property manager within hours, if not faster.2.) They are local to our property--they can visit in person, meet with our tenants, perform inspections, without having to hire someone else, locally, that doesnt work for them.3.) When house was being marketed, they didnt push the process of letting people self walk through--potential tenants were always escorted.With larger companies, I despised having to use their portal to schedule a phone call, days away--responses were best case, 24 hours. They didnt care about my property, they cared about their portfolio. They didnt honor their commitments to me and when previous tenants thrashed my house and we kicked them out, they were too timid to fight to recover my money for the damage to my property.These folks at Pioneer 1 are friendly, responsive, honest, straight forward, and they work hard. They found us great tenants and manage that relationship well.I will recommend Chato and his team every day of the week and twice on Sundays. I am super happy with the way that have taken care of us and helped safely and securely manage our property.

I know Chato Castillo/Pioneer1Realty for at least 10+ years. I bought and sold number of single family homes when real estate market had tanked! I have not look for another realtor/broker since then. He is honest, sincere and hard working. Over last few years he has built a good team around him, including his lovely wife and two bubbling children. His office staff has grown and are very responsive to tenants and landlord as well. If you are considering to buy a property or simply rent it with help of Pioneer1Realty, he is the guy I would go to. My family and I had a wonderful experience with Pioneer 1 Realty. Professional, customer service oriented, timely and responsive service. Cesar helped make sure we had am easy moving process into our rental home. After we made a silly mistake, owner was gracious enough to meet us on rainy Saturday to help resolve the issue. Maintenance request are also handled timely. I highly recommend.

I’ve known Cindy with Pioneer 1 Realty since 2009, when we bought our first investment property. And still go back to her for when we’re ready for another property. She is very helpful & very knowledgeable of the real estate world, she has guided us on many situations, like an eviction on one of our property of which we had no knowledge of how to even start it. And till this date she still writes up lease contracts for our new tenants. I truly recommend Pioneer 1 Realty to anybody, they’re responsible and get things done right.
