Phil and his team are outstanding! We shopped around before finding a quality realtor. He is prompt and professional with communication, respectful of individual circumstances, and has a bottom line up front view on sales. There are no surprise fees working with Phil. At no point have myself or my husband felt like a “check” when working with him. 10/10 experience

Philip (and Gina) helped us find a house that fits our needs in a neighborhood that suits our family well. He listened to what our must haves/don’t wants were, and did a good job of showing us houses that fit those needs, while staying in our desired price range. We also liked that he was knowledgeable with many of our questions throughout the process. We had a short period of time to find a house, and he helped make it happen.

Phil is very flexible and goes above and beyond from what is expected. Willing to do everything in his power to accommodate your needs and what fits your budget. Even after you buy your home through him he is willing to help make sure you are settling in well with information that isnt generally given to you and clarify things that you arent sure about. To any of my friends that would be moving to Killeen area I would highly recommend Phil to assist them.
