Where do I even start?As an out-of-state investor, youre only as good as your core team. To say the least, Jesus was the MVP of our team. As an investor himself, Jesus understood exactly what we were looking for (not like some realtors that send you mass listings for you to dig through). He found the perfect property for our investment needs and even when things took a turn after closing (and boy did it take a major turn), he stuck by our side. He went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor, and literally pushed us through the entire project. From the multiple visits to the property and making sure the timeline was being followed; his meticulous nature ensured we were getting the best of the best in every aspect. He helped us with networking as well, as this was our first time investing in the Houston market.Even many months after closing, Jesus continues to check up on us to make sure things are going smoothly with the property.
