I signed an 18 month lease and Im about 12 months in. Everything has been great. The application process was quick and I got responses quickly. Move in went great as well. Maintenance requests get resolved fairly quickly. No complaints

I rented from Pearl realty for 5 yrs, they were amazing people to work with. Kayla was always so sweet and on top of anything we needed done. If I am in need of a rental property in the future I would definitely contact them.
