Chancy Via has been my landlord, buying agent, and selling agent. He, and those at Palo Duro Real Estate, have been nothing but kind and helpful! Chancy walked me through my first buying a few years ago and took the time to take me to multiple houses explaining everything in detail. I never once felt pressure from him to buy something that I wasnt ready for. He also was amazing in the selling process! I was able to sell in a short window, and he was there answering questions every step of the way.
