My life partner and I decided to buy a house on Saturday.We met with Monica Poss on Sunday. She was so helpful and reassuring.She listened to what we wanted and BOOM, we were under contract by Tuesday!It was fantastic.Paula Wisdom was our closing coordinator and she was also fantastic. The process of buying a new home was pretty durn intimidating to me and these guys made it simple and as stress free as possible.I may just buy another house so I can hang out with them again.

Tyson comes from a strong project manager and data analysis background as I came to know him while he was at Samsung Semiconductor. His continuous attention to our needs with our list of questions helped relieve the stress of buying our first home. Calling Tyson, day or night, email or phone, was the best way to help guide us to our house. His comp analysis for home prices was also very helpful. His honesty and candidness was also great to make the buyer-realtor relationship solid. Tyson Wynia with Keller Williams was my realtor and helped me find and close on a home and 2 acre property in Florence, TX. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with and stayed on top of my deadlines to make sure everything went smoothly. He made me feel like I was always his #1 client. I was actually able to close early on this property even with having a complete nightmare Lender. He went above and beyond any of my expectations just to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I couldnt say enough about his work ethic, honesty, efficiency and wonderful customer service. I will definitely be using him as my agent again in the future and would highly recommend him.

We came into the home buying process as noobs; knowing only what wed read online, seen in the home buying shows, and heard from friends.Through the whole process, Tom Sunstrom (our Realtor), and Paula Wisdom (Closing Coordinator) helped us with every step. They were especially helpful when our mortgage broker started messing up.All in all Tom is the best Realtor that Ive dealt with. I would recommend Outlaw Realty, Tom, and Paula to anyone looking for a new home (or to sell their home), no matter what their level of experience is.
