Keith and John at ORourke Properties have been a pleasure to deal with. They were always responsive with any issues that might have arisen with the dwelling that I lived in. They have also been quite friendly in their interactions and displayed sympathy with any issues that may have come up.One time I had sent a check directly from my bank for my rent. The bank had already taken out the funds for the check when it was sent. The check never arrived. I couldnt resend a new check until my bank refunded me the money. This process took about a week. Keith was understanding and did not charge me a late fee because he knew the situation was out of my control and was confident that I would give him the money as soon as it was refunded (which I did).I highly recommend ORourke properties to anyone in the San Antonio area.

Quick to respond to things that needed fixing, quick to return calls or text, as well as prompt to get us our security deposit back. Highly recommend!
