    This is a very professional company, walk me through every step of the way. They sold my house within the first day or two being on the market. Got me exactly what I was asking. They use a professional cleaning company, photography was excellent, had it on the market within 2 days of me calling and requesting listing. Not to mention the property was in a very rural area.     Kristen and her team at Oro Realty are top notch. Over the past year my wife and I have been exploring different investing strategies and Kristen was right there the whole time with great insight and perspective on each strategy and market that we brought to her. Shes extremely knowledgeable in real estate investing and is an investor herself which made the experience less stressful.     I dont usually leave reviews, but Angelica is such an awesome firecracker of a person and real estate agent I just have to say something.Our purchase of property was not a large one, but Angelica was there with us every step of the way. She is such a genuine person and her attention to detail is spot on. I truly appreciate the help she gave us with the few issues that arose.     I contacted ORO Realtor Brittany Cantu in late 2022, and wanted to see rural property with some acreage with at least a 3 BR 2 Bath home on it.Brittany was so patient working with us I knew I would only buy with her as my buyers agent.After looking at numerous properties for 6-7 months Brittany found a property in Somerville that felt ideal and exactly what we wanted, a fairly new Log Home on 11 acres.We immediately made an offer, and with her diligent work closed on it in late August 2023.Brittany and the whole ORO team, including the owner are amazing at customer service and I heartily recommend anyone use their RE services.Even now, 10 months after the fact, Brittany is still helping me with a AHS home warranty need.She is the awesome!John ThomasSomerville Tx

    Last year in September I contacted them about listing a property I had for sale. Amanda Haile helped me through the listing process and throughout the whole process of selling.     Wow! What a quick, professional, successful job Kristen did for us! Working with Kristen was truly a pleasure. When Kristen saw our home, she immediately saw the potential. Would it sell as-is? Sure. However, with a little attention to detail, we could easily get much more! She went over every square inch of the home and pointed out everything that needed to be addressed. She took care of the staging, competently guided us on pricing, and provided excellent marketing materials (website listing and social media).     Nataly Serrano has been a gem to us!! As first time homeowners the initial move to start the buying process was very scary but having Nataly as our realtor made it only 10x better. I spoke with Nataly Jan. 5th of this year (not ready to start looking) for some questions regarding homes for sale, and my husband and I made the decision to start our approval process that day because Nataly believed in us and knew we were ready! 😁 we were approved the very same day and by Jan. 6th we were already looking at homes. On Jan 12th we viewed our home now and made the choice to put an offer in the very next day and by January 14th we had an executed contract. Nataly was able to negotiate over $12,000 in seller contributions and price reductions. 🥳 On Feb. 9th we closed and walked into our very first home with EQUITY!     I am glad I found Brittnay Cantu with ORO Realty to help look for properties in Central Texas. She was extremely helpful when I told her I wanted a certain acreage with specific characteristics.     We first met Kristen when we were interested in a parcel that was listed for a tax sale. We didn’t have a realtor and asked for recommendations. We were told that Kristen was a real “go-getter.”The property was pulled from the sale but we formed a deep bond with Kristen! She learned what our desires were in acquiring additional property in our area and kept us posted on possibilities. Another parcel became available down the road from our existing property and she worked diligently attempting to get a fair deal. An unexpected storm blew in while walking the property. We all got drenched! Actually, our Kawasaki mule got severely stuck before we could get off the property! Kristen drove us home AND helped us get our mule out of the mud! What a trooper! ...this land didn’t pan out either. She continued to keep her eyes open for other possibilities. She later located another property before the sign even went up. She demonstrated her depth of knowledge in real estate as many questions arose about this particular land... and SUCCESS, we were able to close on it! Kristen is a first class operator from start to finish. A real go-getter indeed!
