    This is a re-take on a prior review (now deleted) and posted erroneously on my part.Budah - thank you for your time in handling my unique situation. You opened doors for me and opportunities I wasn’t privy to before. Unfortunately time was not on my side this go-round and I went a different direction, but I will be back next summer with my business. I must also note: your office staff, particularly the young lady on the left desk facing the door as you enter the office, was extremely accommodating and helpful when I dropped off my information. Most times these days it almost seems their job is a chore, and that was not the case in your office. Her kind smile and “no problem” attitude is something we could all use a little more of.As for my erroneous review (again, now deleted) I apologize for jumping to conclusions before getting all the facts. Prior experiences are no excuse and this one is a lesson learned.Thank you again for the opportunity and see you again soon!

    I’ve lived at my present location for 14-15 years. On-line bought property from previous owners. The 2 years I’ve dealt with on-line , Sidney , in maintenance, always have someone contacting me same day with whatever issues I have. Only one issues I put in a request for was having my gate repaired which I never got a response for. Now I have a bigger issue which they’re working on at the moment. I like the neighborhood it’s quiet. Only other complaint it’s an old unit, but rent keeps going up, living on a fixed income, that’s everywhere. 👍🏾

    Loved our experience working with On-Line Real Estate. They got my roommates and I approved and into a beautiful townhouse very quickly. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had during the process. The unit was in great condition when we moved in and maintenance was quick to fix any concerns we had. Any staff we encountered were friendly and polite. We always received quick response times. Sadly, we moved towns and are no longer renting with them but appreciate their easy move out process. Bonus-unlike other companies, we were not scammed out of our deposit with ridiculous charges. Thank you On-line! We appreciate our time renting through y’all.

    Dear Online Real Estate….Nah just kidding… I am about to write a whole letter though lolI just genuinely appreciate Online Real Estate as a whole. Everybody is professional y tienen sus empleados bilingües para los que nada más hablan español. And if you’re looking for your next home I’d recommend that you ask for Ric - he’s really nice and he’ll always answer your calls/text messages promptly! Ric helped me get my new apartment with no issues. He’ll work around your schedule. He even came in to work on his day off to give me a tour of the apartment.Then, I move in, find some issues, put in a service request and Maintenance shows up at the apartment the very same day.This has always been the case for me since 2017 so, I’d recommend Online inna heart beat to anybody and errbody who’ll listen lol

    Mr. Bill and Miss Yvette were more than helpful throughout the entire move-in process. I have been highly referred by many people to go with this property management company, and I have not regretted that decision one bit. Their professionalism and swiftness to get their work done says a lot about their management. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great affordable home in a great affordable area. Especially college students!

    The Online Real Estate team is very professional and a very hard working crew. I have rented for 2 years and definitely renewing my lease this year. The office staff and maintenance crews are always quick and professional to all of my maintenance needs. I am very fortunate to rent from a company with dependable after hours maintenance crews. For example my water heater went out on an early cold morning and had no hot water. I made the call and they were there ASAP. If you are looking for a great company to rent from Online Real Estate is the place to go!

    Online Real Estate is such a wonderful company to rent from. During the 2 years I rented from them I had 2 minor maintenance issues and 1 really major one. Every time they responded very quickly and took care of the issues. They never invaded my privacy by coming unannounced. I had no issues getting my deposit back after I left. It was mildly annoying having them bring in potential renters to view the house over and over the last 6 months of my lease but I think its like that anywhere in college station. I wish I would have rented with them again but they didnt have a house with a yard in my price range and my kids needed somewhere to play (we were renting a duplex with no yard). Im definitely going to try to rent from them again when my current lease is up.

    The maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff there resolved all my problems in a timely manner. The reception desk is not always tentative. And they dont cover pest control when you actually have pests which is mentioned in the lease. Overall good experience. Ill update when I move out if they deserve more or less stars.

    This is my second time renting with Online and I hope to keep renting with them for as long as were in BCS. Ive rented with various other realty companies in the area and Online is literally the ONLY company that hasnt tried to cheat me out of my deposit! We make it a habit to clean places we leave the same or better than when we move in and Online actually returned our deposit without us having to fight with them about it! The people in the office are extremely professional and helpful. Maintenance is friendly and responds promptly. I definitely recommend Online Real Estate!

    I just moved in on the first and I love my apartment. I told Mr. Buddha what I was going through at the old apartment. He gave me what I was looking for. My kids are happy and back to healthy. I had a minor problem with my bathtub and my heater. I call maintenance spoke to a very polite lady. She had maintenance out ASAP. The maintenance guy got my Heater going. The worker that did my tub was outstanding. He was polite and friendly to the kids. He educated me on the tub as well as the kids safety to the paint. Everyone around the board was professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. Thanks to everyone. I give u guys a 10.

    Good place overall. Any issues, such as a broken washing machine is resolved quickly. Good WiFi reception from T Mobile home internet. Suddenlink worked at my previous apartment but has issues at this apartment. Owner is super friendly and is always making improvements to the complex. Rent increase is at a reasonable rate. Only issue is pet deposit. I wanted to get a pet bird (super small budgie) as a gift for my brother but the deposit is even more than the price of the bird, the cage and all it’s accessories. That would be acceptable had it been refundable. But $200 of it is non refundable.

    I moved into my rental with On-line in September. I really love my place. It is in great condition and feels like home. When I moved in, On-line was very good about fixing a few things that I discovered on my move in check list. The repairman was very friendly and professional. A short time after moving in, I had A/C issues on a weekend. I called On-line and they had someone sent to my place to check it really quick. I really appreciated not to be made to feel like an inconvenience. This property also has past and lawn control included and as a single parent with no time for lawn maintenance, I am very grateful. The company staff is very friendly. I often recommend On-line to family and friends looking for a place. It is truly an exceptional company to rent from.

    Edited. Weve been happy here. This past year they were so flexible with potential job changes and allowing us time before having to commit to another year. However, getting up and down the stairs is becoming overwhelming for me - and my wife and I think we will have to do someting soon - very likely to stick with Online they take care of their clients.

    A good place to get your apartment. It seems like they provide a house cheaper than most websites or lease offices. Its been very straightforward process to ultimately get a lease from this place. I would recommend this office, and Ric is very kind and considerate.

    These are some of the most kind hearted people I have ever met! Yes their main goal is to make sure they are selling their real estate but, they make sure that you are well taken care of. When I first rented one of their properties I did have a few maintenance issues. I called it in depending on what time you made the request will come the next day, sometimes even the day of the request! If that isnt service Im not sure what is! They have a maintenance guy that always makes routine check ups to make sure all needs are being kept. The place I live is pet friendly so that was a huge plus for me!Budah was the gentleman that helped me find the place I live at now. Any questions that I did have he answered them. It felt as though he wanted to make sure I had a place to live. Even if it wasnt through Online Real Estate.

    I am a landlord who has my properties managed by on-line. It’s been 5.5 years that they have taken away over the management of my properties. I have free time, no headaches and find I still get a good return on my property investments. Highly recommend them to property owners. To renters, I see a low turnover in tenants in my units. This means to me that they are taking care of the tenants!!

    I lived under BCS Online Real Estate management for 2 years. They were always quick to respond to maintenance issues within the same day. Every time I called the office to speak to someone, they would answer my questions and concerns professionally. No one ever went to my house before notifying me beforehand. They were the best real estate management I dealt with during the time I lived in Bryan/College Station. My roommates and I scrubbed the house and did everything they asked for and we all got a full deposit back!

    As a landlord, I am so pleased with the manor Online Real Estate Services has taken care of my renters, my property and me. When a problem arises, the staff takes care of it. If there is a problem that they feel I need to be involved with, I am called. Everyone is always pleasant to talk with and I feel very comfortable with my properties being with On Line.

    I spoke to Melisa and got an apartment really fast within 2 weeks and when that place burned down they got me in another one in all I have had a few minor problems Luke at went out one but got in fixed the only thing I dont Like about them is there is no smoke vent above the oven and when I have a maintenance problems I go straight to the office so they know Im serious but descent rent price friendly people who wont jack up the rent price just because other apartments do it for all these college kids and are willing to work with you hey Id move my family here as long as I get Buddha or Melissa to out them here
