The Ohlig Real Estate Group and Smile Property Management are two I highly recommend! No one knows the ins and outs of real estate better than Chris Ohlig and he is a real estate expert. I have worked with him on several transactions and he manages all my investment properties. I wouldnt trust them to anyone else. I especially appreciate his knowledge and expertise of the contract and lease agreements to always put me in the best situation when buying or selling a property or working with tenants. Again, I highly recommend Chris and his team. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

Although I havent purchased a home from him, Chris is a caring ,sweet man. During the beginning of the covid pandemic when medical supplies were hard to find ,he helped make sure my son had one of the things needed to be able to safely provide his medical care. Known Chris for a long time from all the way back from volunteer north dallas. He gave a lot to the community and continues to do so through his work. Couple years ago I needed a realtor and I was at first skeptical of Chris and Ryan, not trusting their advise. Boy, was that that a mistake with the market going crazy afterwards. They did find me a house but I will never again doubt Chris and Ryan and their sincerity and commitment to their clients. I would have saved thousands if I had listened initially to their advise but still end up saving some.

Chris was incredibly helpful in our search for a home. He sent us a list of eligible homes soon as they came available every week and made appointments right away. We found our house on a Saturday and were moving in by the following Saturday. Chris even helped us by providing boxes he had available, booked a carpet & house cleaner, and helped us locate a refrigerator and delivered it personally! Wonderful experience and Id highly recommend him to anyone else!
