Kenny and I must have looked at 20+ properties and homes over the last year. Throughout the process I was pretty inconsistent with the locations and price range of houses I wanted to see but he remained committed to viewing every house/property I was interested in. He always gave his honest opinion and provided good insight when he saw red flags. I never felt pressured and grew to really appreciate his professionalism and experience in the industry. -

Kenny was intermediary realtor in our pretty complex home purchase. There is an outstanding amount of stressful moving parts involved in purchasing a home and Kenny was especially helpful with quick responses and providing critical details to keep the process moving. Our processing time was partially the same time as our honeymoon and he was able to work with us with last moment items to insure a smooth closing upon our return. Communication is key to me in getting a sense of comfort in transactions. Kenny always responded even outside normal business hours. The flexibility he demonstrated relieved so much anxiety even for me who is actively in real estate and financing. Can’t thank him enough for making us feel like we were his only client ! -

Buying a home can be a confusing and stressful time. However, with Kennys help, he takes on most of that weight for you. Even during a pandemic, he wasnt afraid to be working with me to getting a home. During the process, I had loads of questions. There was never a dumb question for him, he would answer and follow up within a matter of minutes and was very responsive. He was extremely punctual in getting me a showing if I showed interest in a home. In a world where a house can be under contract within hours or minutes, most times he would show me a house that day and never more than 24 hrs. He used his experience and expertise in negotiating offers, and in the long run saved me money with his advice was on what a suitable offer for the home I got was. If youre looking for a realtor thats reliable, dependable, and with a hard work ethic, gotta give my mans a call. -
