Chuck and his team were great to work with. Went with them because they understood our market and there were no real good comps in the past year. We put together a game plan, Chuck took pictures (HUGE!!), got the house listed and then sold within 4 days. He also was instrumental in assisting with the purchase of my house out of state. Chuck worked with my realtor and lender in Ohio to help that sale go thru smoothly.
