My experience with Niru was fantastic from the moment we began our house search all the way to the day we closed. She is very knowledgeable of the market and home buying process. As first time home buyers she definitely help made it an efficient and easy process. She stayed on top of everything and made sure we were able to close on our targeted date. She even found our home within a week that had everything on our wishlist. Niru is very committed to making sure her clients get what they are looking for. Its easy to get overwhelmed during this process but Niru took the time to find out whats important to us in a home and stayed on point throughout the process. She was incredibly patient and calm. She was tireless in home showings, furnished a ton of market info, is well connected, negotiates well and overall made home shopping easy. Our overall experience was that she wasnt satisfied unless we were satisfied. We highly recommend her!
