    Nik helped us buy a new house we were interested in. He worked with the builder and got us a better deal than we were able to get on our own! We were buying the house remotely and he worked with the builder and inspector to make sure we could maximize our limited time during a visit to Bastrop. He was always very polite and helpful and even handled the final walk-through with the builder on our behalf. He identified issues that needed to be addressed and made sure that they were taken care of before we closed. We really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to others!
