I would rate Tu Anh and her team ALL * for their effort in helping me to find and close my current house last month.I was out of state so Tu Anh and her team helped me a lot in looking for houses. Most of our prior communication was via phone/video. They went to lots of houses, took photos and videos and listed out pros and cons of each house. Her team also drove my wife around when she visited Dallas to screen for some viewing. I think we had viewed 30+ houses before we close our final house.Their suggestion was valuable and helped us in making decision. Housing in Dallas has been at peak so as buyer, we had to bid to secure the house. We were able to be in contract for several houses, however, after some discussions and consideration, we got out without any issue.Tu Anhs team was very supportive and helped us until we found the current house.Not only acting as agents, Tu Anh and everyone in the team (Ryan, Thang, Toan) is also friendly and helpful in giving us many different information on housing, market and other contact for contractor.I would suggest her team as buyer agent for your house hunting.
