I have been leasing from Viking Property management since June and they have been awesome! I had lived here before, two years ago when someone else had the property and I wanted to come back. The application process was easy. I am grateful they check their tenants good so they have good people in their properties. They remodeled this duplex before I moved in and it turned out beautiful. Anytime something needs repaired, Melissa is quick to get something done. She is such a sweet lady. Makes renting from them feel like the right thing to do. If you need a place to live, I definitely recommend Viking Property Management. It has certainly been the best choice for us!! I love calling this home and plan to for a long time!!!
