We have known Sonu for a long while and we have had him as our realtor for over 14 years. Sonu puts the needs of us, his clients, first. He shared, as a professional, the pros and cons of each home that we saw. He was always thinking ahead with regard to resale value on the properties. He negotiated, superbly, the sale of our previous property as well as our current property. His communication was always professional, direct, clear and concise. I will never worry whether Sonu has our best interests at heart because he is loyal, honest and fair. He is very responsive when we call or text him and happily answers any questions no matter how silly. He never makes you feel dumb for not understanding something immediately. For these reasons and more he has a lifetime client in us.

Im so glad we worked with Sonu who guided us properly and saved us from making the wrong choices. If not for Sonu, we would have ended up buying a wrong home and regretting that decision. In my opinion, Sonu has certain traits that set him apart from the rest, he shows up on time, comes prepared about the showing with a printout from MLS and in all honesty gives his opinion about the house. His intent is not to sell you the house, but to ensure you find your dream home. He sights all the pros and cons through his years of experience working with several people and in different areas around DFW. His insights have helped us a ton. Professional. Knowledgeable. Integrity. Those are the three words I would use to describe Sonu Varkey and New Century Real Estate - and many, many more. Sonu is extremely professional. He shows up on time (usually early) and is prepared. He knows the property and the area and gives the client the pros and cons, allowing them to make an informed decision. Knowledgeable. As a broker, Sonu has to complete considerably more training and real estate transactions to maintain his license, and it shows. Why would I settle for a regular realtor when I can get someone with his level of expertise? Integrity. I do not know a more honest realtor who acts with more integrity. Sonu always does whats right for his client no matter if it takes money out of his pocket. Sonu is easily my realtor of choice for all of my real estate transactions. If you want the best, you should choose Sonu Varkey too.
