My experiences with The Marks Group have all been phenomenal! Nathan Marks has helped me with buying and selling three properties. He helped me flawlessly navigate each transaction. Not only did Nathan help me buy and sell properties, he has continued to be a resource for me when I needed assistance from other professionals. He’s shared contacts with me for a home inspector, a structural engineer, a painter and handy man. Nathan has also helped three members of my family with real estate deals. All of their experiences have been very positive. The Marks Group is the best!

Nathan is the BEST! He helped us find the perfect first home. Being first time buyers we were practically clueless and were referred to Nathan by a coworker. Thank goodness we were! Nathan made the process so simple and easy to understand. He answered every phone call/text of our millions of questions. He took time to explain things and didn’t make us feel pressured one way or the other. He truly is the best! I refer Nathan to anyone who mentions buying or selling.

Nathan Marks is our realtor and I highly recommend him! He helped us find our home after a pretty lengthy search because we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted as first time home buyers. He answered all our questions (no less than a thousand questions), was extremely knowledgeable/honest, and overall very thorough. Once we were ready to make an offer, he moved quickly in this competitive market and made it happen! 3.5 years later in our home, we still reach out to him with home buying questions and will FOR SURE use him in the future.

Nathan does a fantastic job when helping selling or buying a house. Nathan works with you and helps understand what your needs are to find what’s right for you. Some realtors will push you to make a decision just to get a commission, Nathan would never do this. I highly recommend using Nathan when buying or selling!
