I can’t thank Nate enough for his help in selling the house at Aylford Ct, Austin. Trying to sell a house in a state you don’t live in can be a daunting task. From understanding the real estate market to needing assistance in making repairs to the house, Nate was able to provide resources to help get those things done. He was able to provide competent contractors to help get the house cleaned as well as make needed hvac repairs. With Nate’s understanding of the market and surrounding comparable sales, he priced the house adequately to market value to generate multiple offers in the first week of listing. In addition, Nate and his staff helped make the sale and closing process seamless and completely stress free. I would definitely recommend using Nate Clark to sell your house. -

My wife and made the decision to possibly move out of state. We were referred to Nate and now I would refer anyone to him if youre looking to move to Austin. Hes quick to answer any and all questions. Willing to drive to any and all locations to record a good walk through of the home. Give his professional opinion on possible homes you have in mind. He really made is easy for us to narrow down what community best suited us and then down to the very home we were looking for. We chose a home that was a new build and he worked with the builders to negociate the best price and was present to help us in the walk through inspections and has a good eye in finding things to fix that we didnt catch. Even after closing, he still offers any referrals of businesses to help further develop our home. My wife and I couldnt ask for a better realtor to help in moving out of state and helping us as first time home buyers. -
