As a first time homebuyer who’s lived overseas for several years, finding a house, making an offer, and closing was about as daunting as it sounds. Fortunately, our realtor Jennifer Thompson was able to guide us through the process flawlessly (and there were several complications given our circumstances that required creative solutions). Jenn was able to clear those obstacles for us and also help us through the negotiations and we wound up getting everything we wanted. We’re very blessed that all the stars aligned for us, and it’s all thanks to her expertise and professionalism. She had all the potential pitfalls identified well in advance and even pointed out issues the seller’s agent had overlooked that gave us additional leverage.

Bought a house through Charity Navarro during what was called a “Sellers Market.” However it felt more like a buyers market with the deal we got. Charity negotiated our terms and got us into a home with no money down, a fully paid warranty, and a ton of money in concessions. Not sure how she did it but we’re thankful. Great work.

I met Mykalyn Andrade when I decided to look into purchasing a Del Web home in San Antonio, Tx. I ticked a box on an on-line ad for a house (it might have been Zillow) and she was the first realtor to respond. I immediately liked her voice, but didn’t realize at the time that I had accidentally hit the jackpot when it came to realtors. Mykalyn is the most thorough and caring realtor I have ever worked with - and I have worked with many over the years. I talked to her several times a day as we viewed, and I ultimately purchased, a home, and we continued to talk several times a week after I returned to Colorado to sell our home there. Each visit had her complete attention, and her knowledge of real estate laws, her awareness of the process, and her patience and comfort to us as my husband and I stumbled through our move was very reassuring. Our purchase in Texas went smoothly, thanks to her, and Mykalyn stayed available to us throughout the entire process. I have already highly recommended her to several people looking for homes and will continue to do so. We could not be more satisfied.

This review is for Mykalyn Andrade!! Cannot recommend enough, if I could give 6 stars I totally would. Im a bigtime car guy, so buying a house that accommodated my hobbies was a bit of challenge while staying within budget! Mykalyn quickly was able to put herself in my shoes, and was able to pick out some serious contenders. This review is actually a little over a year late (sorry mykalyn!), but she was able to get my house for UNDER ASKING even with the housing market boom. We even got rear ended while in Mykalyns car by another driver not paying attention, and Mykalyn STILL persevered and we looked at more houses! Will recommend to anyone, and if I ever sell, I know who to call!
