Kristen was amazing from the very beginning first talking to her over the phone to meeting her in person. She was thorough and informative with everything as first time buyers. I was nervous and not sure of a lot of things. Kristen made everything so easy. She was there every second of the day or night to answer all of our questions. Always open to make sure we were comfortable when looking and discussing any repairs or any issues that we had. Definitely recommending Kristen for all your selling or buying needs. The ONLY broker and real estate agency to go to in the Hill County area. Kristen and her team will make the impossible possible!!! She has been such a blessing to not only myself but also my clients I have referred to them. We had a last minute disaster with purchasing our commercial property due the day prior to closing due to the seller not being on the up and up but it was handled smoothly and still we were able to close within 24 hours. Honest and they go out of their way for everyone! They also give back so much to the community which is so rare to find.

Stephanie Bliss was great to work with. We had been having problems finding a realtor that actually wanted to work on selling our land. We had gotten lots of promises of Ill look into it and get back to you and they never did. We started wondering what was going on?! I was referred to Stephanie and she immediately contacted me and got to work. Everything was done electronically. Within a couple of days we had our property listed. It sold immediately!!! Kim was fantastic to work with. We selected her by chance off Zillow to view a property we had found through our own search. She arranged a viewing of the property and met us there to give the tour. The property was not a match for us, and after a brief conversation with Kim about our interests, Kim jumped on her phone and immediately found a property that was more to our taste. She called the selling agent and arranged a showing within the hour. We followed her over to the second property and immediately fell in love. Although we decided that day we were going to make an offer on this property Kim did not stop there, she found us an additional 10 or so other properties that matched our taste in case we were not able to negotiate a price on this property. Luckily we entered into contract the next week.Kim did a fantastic job throughout the buying process working with the seller’s agent and the bank to coordinate a smooth and fast closing. She was always responsive and checked in periodically. She proactively followed up on every detail and worked through challenges as they arose. We could not be more pleased with Kim and I would highly recommend her to others.

Kristen is one of the best Realtors Ive ever worked with personally and within my own real estate sales. Im an inactive agent here now and broker in Colorado and we got a referral for Kristen Ribera. We used her for buying and selling (she has lived here her whole life) and it paid off, we got a hip pocket listing she knew about and won big, day 1. She is super nice and replies within seconds, all the way to closing. She really knows her finish outs and quality standards per price point.She is very knowledgable about this whole area, covers you on contracts and you can tell she was probably doing Third Party financing addendums at age 5 and taking Ethics and Continuing Education classes at 9, she is that good and Ive dealt with 1000s of agents.
