COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TEAM MORE!!!! I needed to find a new apartment in under 3 days as I was out in a very urgent move out situation. Chris messaged me and asked any and all of the questions needed to find me a perfect spot! He sent me a list of personalized complexes around, made calls for my roommate and I, and even went on the tours with us. Seriously, we would have been so lost without him. I really appreciate him and his team for all their help. If you are needing help looking for a place, contact MyCity! They are the best and I’m seriously beyond thankful for them! My City is the best! They make finding an apartment so easy. There are so many options out there- it’s overwhelming to do it in on your own. I love that they are a FREE service that helps you find your perfect place.Christina helped us find our home. She was so kind, patient, and straight forward. My City makes everything so easy when trying to find an apartment complex that fits all your needs. There are so many apartments to choose from and they help you narrow it down to not get overwhelmed with all the options. And its a free service!When I moved into my first apartment after moving here from the Midwest, I couldnt have found my perfect space without a locator. If youre hoping to move here for the first time, or need to find a better fit than where you are living now - you definitely want to call My City! Theyre the best in town.

Chris Day was very kind and helpful through the entire process of finding my apartment! He was quick to reply, helped me schedule a tour, through the application process, and took care of correspondence with the leasing office so i didn’t have to! He even met me at the apartment complex and went on the tour with me! After reading multiple other reviews, i can tell this is a norm for him and his team. I definitely recommend MyCity, and I’ll definitely be calling back if/when i move next!

Leslie Hernandez helped me find my apartment. I have worked with other realtors before I found Leslie, they were not friendly and acted liked I was bothering them when I reached outed and asked questions. Leslie was quicker to respond to my texts and made me feel I was not a bother but understanding. My wish list for my apartment was not an easy one either. She found me an apartment quick and it had alot of checks marked off my list. I can not recommend this team anymore than I can. If you need quick , understanding and someone to go out of their way for you , this is your place.

Chris Day helped me find an apartment when I felt like I have exhausted all my means and have nowhere else to go. My situation was complicated but he definitely understood what I needed and brought me a list of great apartments that I may qualify.He coordinated with the leasing offices and made sure that I had a chance to get approved before I even apply. He even set up the showing and gave them a headsup about my situation.I was able to get an apartment at a great price and a great location. I couldnt be more thankful for his help in this process. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done if it weren’t for the help of these guys. Chris is amazing and literally saved my roommate and I when we were put into a bad situation and had to move out of our apartment ASAP. He was literally so helpful we thought it had to be too good to be true, but it wasn’t!!! Chris communicated with us so consistently and always responded quickly no matter the time of day. He was able to give us a list of amazing properties in which we were able to find our literal DREAM apartment in San Marcos. He really pulled through for us when we were in a tough situation and was there for us every single step of the way & truly went the extra mile. He came to our tour with us & had patience with us throughout every moment of our tough & complicated situation. I could not recommend using MyCity more. Especially as a student it can be really overwhelming to find a good place to live, and these services are so beyond helpful and EVERYONE needs to know about it!!!

When we relocated to San Marcos, Texas we were overwhelmed with all the apartment communities there were to choose from making it really hard to narrow down the ones that were the best value. We didn’t want to miss out the best options! Jonathan was knowledgeable about the area in general, quickly identified our needs/wants, knew the requirements for applying at each location and created a seamless process for us. He had great relationships with the property management teams also which made the encounters so fun when touring. All of these qualities helped us find the perfect spot for our growing family.
