Short story-He’s awesome and worth calling.Long story-I met Mr210SA over a year ago and he helped me look for a place. As fate would have it, things popped up on my end that prevented me from moving forward but I told him I’d reach out when things changed. I felt guilty about the work he put in and was unable to move forward. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I reached out expecting him to put me on the back burner but Mr210SA remembered me and what I was looking for and treated me as if nothing happened. He lined up a few places that fit my criteria and I fell with a place and just moved in yesterday. If you’re moving to San Antonio, Mr210SA should be your first and only call. Came to Mr.210 just in need of an affordable 1 bedroom apartment. He sent me back a list to go over and see exactly what I was interested in. Next thing you know we are in his office going to look at a few I chose and a few he believed I would like. The thing I most liked about Mr. 210 would be when we would go into the apartments to look at he already had my information ready for them and just let them know exactly what i was interested in and budgeting. I am now in my apartment and the movers were free. Everything went so smoothly and I am more than grateful for Mr. 210’s time and service. Thankyou again

Came to Gavin about a year ago. I spent some time on my own looking at apartments, remembered I had his info so I gave him a call. He asked a few questions then later that afternoon he had 3 solid choices lined up for me, surprisingly better than what I was already seeing in the area.He was very professional, and friendly at the same time, makes you feel like a personal friend is working for you.
