Hello! Here to highly recommend Derek and Kimmi! They have been amazing and wonderful in our home buying process. When we have questions, they have answers. Right from day one, Derek made us feel so comfortable and welcome, not only to the business but the area we are moving to. So much knowledge, and has made everything so easy for us. We know that during the process and after, we have them to rely on for any needs. This company and their team go seriously above and beyond for clients, and treat you like friend and family.It was seriously so fun to go look at properties, and find exactly what we were looking for in such a short amount of time. I have no doubt that this team is who Im going to recommend for anyone looking to make that big change in their life.Thank you team!!!

My best friend and I started out knowing only that we needed to go to the Amarillo area for her work. The last time I moved was 30 years ago when I was a small child. I was basically no help initially. My best friend found this highly specific YouTube channel about moving to Amarillo, TX, I suggested we call them up! She messaged Derek, and he was so excited to help us out! We told him when we were coming out, and set up a time to meet.When we met up, we had an insightful conversation about what we were looking for in a property: things we needed, things we wanted, things we needed to avoid (HOAs)! Then sent him a short list of properties that we had found on our own that we were interested in.Derek took care of setting up all the appointments for us to see the properties. After the first day, we got a good handle on what we were really looking for, so Derek sent us about 40 listings that we whittled down to 14. He totally humored us on places he knew we werent going to be that interested in, but had odd features that wowed us Gulf Coast ladies.We had a blast spending 4 days visiting all sorts of cool properties around Amarillo! Derek is so hilarious, genuine, and highly knowledgeable about the area, and the ins and outs of realty and getting people where theyll fit the best. We discovered some freaking cool pieces of property that had unique features.He was definitely more concerned with making sure we found a place that worked the best for us, rather than steering us to his own listings, or to those listed by his team for making a sale.I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who is even *thinking* about moving out to the Amarillo area, or just needs help fine-tuning the kind of property they are looking for. He even knows talented folks who can do different kinds of home remodeling and repairs.I cant wait to get through the process of getting into the property we picked as our all-time favorite. If I could leave a higher rating, I totally would.
