We were FLABBERGASTED! . We have discussed selling our lake house for several years. We contacted Amy on a Thursday asking her thoughts, she quoted us a price she thought it could sell for and we said, LIST IT! She had pictures taken and edited on Friday and said it officially goes on the market Monday morning! She contacted us at 9:50am Monday morning with a FULL PRICE OFFER…SOLD! She was there every step of the way, made everything so easy for us, as sellers. We highly recommend using her if you ever think about selling or buying a property, she puts her clients first! Best of the best. Summer of 2022 we listed our house with a different local realty company. There had been multiple showings but very little to no communication during the process. We felt like we where being left in the dark. We quickly realized we needed to go a different route. I had seen an ‘Amy with Moxy Realty’ sign and I gave her a call. I explained our situation and she was ready to jump in with both feet. She was excited, and her team was top notch. From taking pictures to advertising, to listing and all the things in between, the communication was beyond professional; and despite the many problems we faced, we felt like she was there for us every step of the way! Needless to say, she had us an offer in just four days. Amy is absolutely the best realtor in Western Oklahoma. My husband and I can’t thank her and her team enough. We highly recommend Amy! -

Fantastic, over and above! We have not only bought a home through Amy, but have also had her sell a house. She will go above and beyond and make the complete process so much easier. We tell everyone about her and the excellent service she provides. Believe me when she says wait to sell, be patient, do it. She knows her business very well. Having been raised in Carter, my husband and I were looking to make the move from Colorado Springs to Elk City. While looking at homes, online, we came across Moxy and fortunately met Mark. Now, home buying is stressful and not an easy process when you live close to where you are moving too, but with us being 600 miles away, Mark had his work cut out for him. Over the course of a few months we visited homes and revisited some of those homes... all the while Mark on the ground helping lead us in the direction we wanted to go. We finally found our home, made an offer and called Mark freaking out... on more then one occasion.
