Alex helped me find my first home and it was a great experience! He’s very knowledgeable about the Austin area and the ever-changing market, and he was patient and flexible throughout my search. I started out knowing nothing about the home buying process, but he walked me through it and I appreciated how thoroughly he looked into each property since I didn’t always know what to look for. Just wanted to say that I worked with Alex and the MoveGroove team when purchasing my home over the last few months and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or rent a new place. As a first time home buyer, the process was daunting. Alex was supportive in wading through this process and helped me seal the deal. One of my friends recommended Alex so, I went with him. The thing I liked the most about Alex was his flexibility and availability to go check out homes I was interested in. Since I was working full-time and part-time grad school, having a realtor who had a flexible schedule was really important to me. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend Alex to anyone for their real estate needs.

Alex and the MoveGroove team went way above and beyond in helping me and my husband buy our first house. We were completely green to the process and Alex helped us along every step of the way, taking the time to understand our needs and desires for living space, driving all around town with us until we settled on a neighborhood, and even providing excellent recommendations for vendors (i.e., financing, inspectors, etc.). Seriously, the MoveGroove network and family of real estate supporting business is incredible. We bought a fixer upper and Alex has stuck with us thru the process with helpful recommendations for contractors. All in all, this is a 5-star realty company you cannot go wrong with. After more than a year a searching, I was finally able to find my perfect home. I was probably one of the more difficult clients Alex had to cater to because I was so picky, but he stuck with me till the end.
