    Tiffany Burns negotiated a great lease on my home in Frisco. She marketed the home very well and we received multiple offers which exceeded our expectations. Whatā€™s better is a year later, she was able to sell it in pre-listing for a fabulous price. She truly knows the market and is very reasonable and professional. Tiffany managed many details with a challenging buyer with ease. I highly recommend Monument Realty to represent their clients very well. (Ours was a luxury home in the $1m+ price range) If you are looking for a realtor, that truly goes the extra mile and is a true expert in their field, then look no further.

    As a first-time home buyer, the process can be very intimidating. Tristan walked and talked us through every step. Not only did he have great knowledge of the area, but was one of the most responsive and diligent professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with.     Cody Pena blew away our expectations during the buying process. He was responsive and paid attention to what we wanted and stuck to the game plan. He created great relationships with selling realtors and understood what would be good and bad deals for the market. Ultimately, he ended up negotiating us a deal we didnt think was possible in todays economy... and honestly made what we thought would be a stressful process, pretty fun. I would highly recommend him!

    Leah helped me buy my home a few years ago and I had such a great experience that I reached out to her again. Unfortunately she doesnā€™t do the day to day selling/buying anymore, but she recommended Jacklyn who was amazing. She went above and beyond every step of the selling process and got me a great price on my home. She communicated with me regularly about updates. She went and met with the irrigation company because my sprinkler system didnā€™t pass inspection and I had to work that day. She even came at one point to hang out with my dogs since I didnā€™t lock them up when a buyer was coming to tour the home. She did things way beyond what I would expect a realtor to do and Iā€™m so grateful to her!

    Gage is such an amazing realtor! He helped Tristen, Dakota, and I find the perfect home to rent. After touring for a total of 1 day we were able to find the best home for us! Gage is so kind and so friendly and extremely informative with everything in very simple terms I was able to understand.     Our experience working with Sarah Herrera of Monument Realty was truly a pleasure! We first met her as we interviewed a handful of agents to help us sell our home and look for the home of our dreams. She was the ONLY agent that called to learn more about us and came prepared to our meeting with appointments already set up. That drive sold us -- she was going to be our guide on this emotional journey! Even with the craziness that came with the summer of 2020, she managed to find us a wonderful buyer (within 3 days) and the home of our DREAMS. Trust me -- she worked for it!     Nothing of words can describe how phenomenal my agent, Cassie, is. I consider her a friend now! Cassie is the best of the best in her field. Very well informed, professional, friendly, and always always put clients needs as her top priority. We were first time buyers, no directions in hands. Glad we got her call!     I was surfing realtor.com and they connected me to Brenna Pennington from Monument realty. Being a first time home buyer, I always had this fear of getting cheated. But I was fortunate I got Brenna. She was very professional, extremely responsive and great to work with. She proactively sends me new listings everyday. But at the same time never pushes you for anything. She showed me a few houses and was very punctual during everyĀ meetup. Finally I found a house with the wow factor and she helped me make an offer and it was accepted. But unlike other testimonials where the realtor helped a lot to close the deal, my story is different. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to terminate the contract 1 day after the option period expired. But Brenna stayed committed to help me and get my earnest money back even though she is not going to gain a penny since this deal is not going to work out. Thats when I truly realized what a wonderful human being she is. Thank you so much Brenna for all your help and you have won a client for life.If any one from Monument Realtys management/leadership team is reading this review, please give her a hike. You need to promote such people who are professional and dedicated.     Alexandra Selders was the best realtor we couldā€™ve ever asked for! We were first time home buyers moving from Ohio to Texas and before meeting Alex, it was the most stressful experience.     Chris Holmes-Hill did a great job in helping me find my new home. It took about 6 months to find the right property because, as I looked, my criteria kept changing! Many realtors would have moved on but Chris hung in there. He was very involved and would walk the properties with me giving advice and looking for issues that might impact my decision. He would text or email me properties that met my criteria. Many times these properties were moments from being listed. He was truly ahead of the pack! When I found properties I was interested in, he always prepared comps and advised me on what would be a fair offer. When I finally found my new home, he helped me with everything from the negotiations to the inspections to helping with lender requirements. He even braved the icy roads to be at the closing. He was involved in every aspect. I highly recommend him.

Through her communication, flexibility and her knowledge through the entire process, we couldnā€™t have asked for a better agent. She has helped me through the whole process of the home buying experience. She has shown my fiancƩ and I different homes at our request and has been very patient with us.     Stacey Reynolds is the BEST. My 16 year old daughter reached out to Stacey and Stacey spoke to her as if she was the one buying the house. My daughter told Stacey what we were looking for, a price range, and set up the initial house showing. I was convinced we would rent one more year as we just moved to Frisco, but was open to buying. I was instantly impressed when I met Stacey and did not feel any pressure to buy. She always made the proper arrangements to accommodate our availability to look at homes, even with just hours notice. She was thorough, educational, and professional. We finalized our search to 3 homes. We went with the most affordable home and she was so excited for us. Our happiness was paramount, not trying to sell or push the most expensive home.     First and foremost, this company is amazing!!! My husband and I met Danielle Belair back in 2018 while peaking through the window of a house we were interested in. She was the most down to earth, kindhearted individual I had ever met. She wasnt pushy, or rude. She was curious to get to know us, where we came from and who we are. She wanted to know what we wanted in a home and what our future was like. She is personable. She cares. THAT is what we wanted in a real estate agent and she was everything and more. We realized quickly in 2018 that we were not ready to buy a home, but Danielle stuck with us until 2020 when we pulled the trigger. We found a beautiful home that had everything we could dream of. We immediately called Danielle and within 24 hours we were at the house doing a showing. We made an offer the next day and not once were we left in the dark. She recommends the BEST lenders, inspectors, etc. She always put myself and my family first and it showed how big her heart really is.     If you are looking to list your house, consider using Tiffany Burns from Monument Realty as your agent.When I first listed my home, I was living in Frisco, TX and went with a well-known, large Frisco-based real estate company. The agent told me that my house would likely sell within 45 days or less based on the homeā€™s condition and the neighborhood I lived in. Since I was planning to move out of state, I fast tracked finding a new home. Well, after being on the market for 6 months and being the ā€œrunner-upā€ house 7 (yes 7) different times, this agent still couldnā€™t get the job done. So, when my listing was approaching its expiration, I began searching for a new realtor. By this time, I had moved out of state and my home was now empty. A good friend recommended Tiffany, so I decided to give her a call.My initial reaction was that Tiffany was an energetic, go-getter. She is located in Frisco at The Star and mentioned that she lived in Frisco, as well. (Ironically, in the same subdivision where my house was located.) When I mentioned that my house was empty, Tiffany didnā€™t miss a beat and indicated that she could stage a few key rooms within my home at no fee to me. When Tiffany accepted my listing, she immediately had her team bring in furniture and accessories, took new photos and created a listing with amazing captions associated with each photo. Tiffany listed my home in all the same marketing spots as the other agency and told me how she has the most success at selling a house during an open house.Well true to her word, by the third weekend, during an open-house, Tiffany found a buyer. She was able to obtain 99% of my listing price, which was absolutely fantastic!Throughout the entire process Tiffany was a true professional and an excellent communicator. She kept me well informed on every showing and every open house. Tiffany was honest and helpful when it came down to negotiating the final offer amount with the buyer and even helped arrange a cleaning service to do a final cleaning of my house prior to closing, so it was ready for the new owners.I truly canā€™t say enough good things about Tiffany.     Antonio was Amazing!! He went above and beyond to get us into our new home. Any time we wanted to see a home he was there within the hour.     Oshae Causey was an amazing realtor! She helped my mother and I find the perfect home within our budget. She was extremely patient with my mom, who can be extremely picky and was a nervous wreck as this was the first home she was buying by herself. Oshae was available 24/7 for her and was patient with her more than I was during the entire process. When we found our house, it was 3 pm and the owners were done taking offers by 5pm that day. Oshae dropped everything she was doing, rushed to the house to meet us and let us in and in less than 2 hours, wrote our contract and put in an offer to get in before the deadline and it paid off because we got the house!
