Monica recently worked with us to simultaneously sell and purchase a home. I cannot imagine going through this process with any other realtor! Monica was on top of everything. Accurate, prompt, proactive, knowledgeable, encouraging, honest, confidential, kind, and supportive. We trust her completely. Monica was wonderful -- knowledgeable, hard working.....and patient. Though out of the country at the time, Monica facilitated the final sale and tended to the final details. Very personable, and easy to work with during the sale of my home.

My husband ans I had the pleasure of working with Ms Monica. She sold our old house and helped us buy our new house as well. She responded any questions through both processes right away and with professionalism. On a time that is difficult to buy a house due to this craziness that surrounds us, she made sure we were some of the first ones to see any house we were interested in. In every house viewing, we learned so much from her. She will let us know what we needed to focus on and what to look out for such as foundation issues. You can definitely tell she has many years of experience and really prepares herself by taking classes to expand her knowledge. We are definitely looking forward to working with her again when we are ready to sell and buy a house again. I will refer her to friends, family and anybody that asks me about a realtor.

Monica Palasota as a Real Estates agent and Personility is a beautiful person inside and out. She is smart, sensitive and very prepared for what ever life throws at her. When I recommend a Real Estate agent, I recommend her. Because, when my friends have a wad of money for a down payment on a house or a piece of land. She is someone that I can trust to find them a great deal at a fair price.

Top NOTCH! I wish I could buy more land! Monica is reachable by phone, text and email (trust me on this). She is smart, knows the area since she is a native B/CS-er and her upbeat personality is infectious. She follows up on every details. Amazing lady whom I highly recommend.
