Monica is a very hardworking and disciplined agent who shows that she has the best interests of her clients on her mind. I had the pleasure of working with her as my buyer’s agent and have been very happy with the experience. From property showings to writing contracts to handling negotiations, Monica was very helpful throughout! I was working with her remotely (as I don’t live in Texas) but working with Monica took away the hassle and stress of the experience. We had an unfortunate situation where we could not close on a property we had a contract with (because of problems at the seller’s end) but Monica was able to find us another property quickly and get the other property closed in just two weeks.
