I worked with Christina H on my apartment search when I recently relocated to the Downtown/Uptown area. Within minutes, she knew exactly what type of apartment I was seeking in terms to location, style, and quality. Nobody likes hunting for apartments, but she helped lead the charge and keep me motivated with multiple follow-ups via call, text, and e-mail. She also has a full list of referrals, tips, and shortcuts to make the painful moving experience that much easier. Did I mention her services are free,? All she asks of one is to let the apartment community management how you know how you found the place. I would highly recommend, without any reservation, using Christina H and Modtown Realty to any of my friends or any other relocation in the Dallas area.

LOVE Modtown!!! This was the most pleasant and easy experience I’ve had moving. I’ve only moved once and doing it alone was so stressful and I didn’t realize how many questions I had with no one to ask or help me. Alex Breeden was my realtor and she is amazing. She is so familiar with the area and can look up any location you have your eye on and tell you EVERYTHING about it!! I was so impressed. She is organized, well spoken and so sweet. I am recommending Modtown & Alex to all my Dallas friends!!!

Modtown was awesome to work with and got me in the most ideal apartment in a really short time to work within. I had to move to Dallas on two weeks notice and I was referred to Chelsea from Modtown. She was willing to make time within my work schedule, even dropping me off back to work and the hotel. She took me to about 5 places that fit exactly what I was looking for and her knowledge of the town and culture made the decision easy. I would definitely recommend using them to find your ideal apartment/home.

Christina Hobbs was GREAT! She helped me and was patient with me while I took my time deciding on the best apartment. I probably already for 3 different personalized lists before deciding on my fave. I was moving from out of state and needed help finding a perfect apartment without actually seeing it in person. Dallas has a billion apartments and so it was really hard to narrow things down to what’s a safe area, what’s not safe area, what is the value in this apartment over another one, where are those in the same age range living, how far is this from my new work place, and more.Alex Breeden was able to answer all these questions for me, she knew all the different complexes like the back of her hand it was awesome! I ended up signing a lease with a brand new apartment complex in a safe area with all the amenities and colors schemes within the apartment complex itself i wanted(white and grey)!Thanks Alex! :)

If you’re looking for your perfect apartment home, I highly, HIGHLY recommend Zohal. She does extensive research on the apartments you tour and asks questions to the leasing consultant you would never think to ask. She helps find an apartment that works wonderfully with your desired area, budget and any specific needs. She is so amazingly helpful! She has amazing energy was such a joy to partner with. They did fun open houses with muffins and mimosas, display pics of the house on the TVs, and would even go door to door in the neighborhood to get the word out about the open house. Annalisa helped me find my dream apartment! 4600 Ross Apartments are so beautiful and the amenities are amazing. The property is not far from Downtown and has a beautiful view of Downtown.
