Shivraj from Modernaire group is great! He helped me in my house search. He works really hard for your and he is completely trustworthy especially when you are moving between states like I did. He asks good questions to understand your requirements. He then follows up periodically to understand if your requirements are changing so that he can adapt his search and recommendations accordingly. And when searching remotely, he also gives insights into an area , schools , commute time so you get an idea to conduct your further research. Finally , he is not in a rush to close a deal and allows you to change your mind as many times as you need but at the same time keeping you accountable to your original requirements so that you dont go in circles - saves time & headache for everyone!
