We were SO INCREDIBLY fortunate to have found Modern Edge. Working with Michelle was amazing and made our life and our home search so much simpler. She understood our small budget and helped us get the most amazing home (1/3 of the size larger than we ever dreamed and so much cleaner and newer than any other home in our price range). We ran into a few random kinks and delays, including our lender team both taking vacation the week we were supposed to close, but Michelle kept us on track and got us over the finish line. She was an amazing realtor and has continued to send us cards on milestone anniversaries of buying over the past year, and even sending stickers for our son. You cant go wrong with Michelle and Modern Edge Real Estate!

Michelle helped me purchase my first home when I was single and made the whole process less terrifying. Walked me through it and really helped me to understand all the ends and outs of purchasing a home. Fast forward to when I was getting married and needed to sell my home she was the only person I wanted to call. She got me the best deal for my house and helped my husband and I get our forever home! I worked with Michelle when I had to sell my home and was very impressed with her way of doing business. The company is very professional even down to the sign that goes outside of the home. The recommendations giving to feature both the outside and inside of the home made it easy to sell and thats important when the home first goes on the market. The company is well-equipped with a 3-D tour option that adds a lot of value for individuals who can see the floorplan before viewing the home which saves a lot of time for everyone. I have been very happy working with Michelle and Modern Edge and I highly recommend them.
