I recently moved back to Houston and asked the MK Real Estate Team to assist in my search for a place to live. The team were extremely proactive and handled the whole process professionally. I have worked with Montse for many years beginning with the purchase of my first home. She has always been extremely helpful and supportive in catering for my needs. Its been a pleasure working with Montse, Ken and Gina from the MK Real Estate Team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance.

I couldnt recommend them more! They took the time to study the recent sales of the homes in the area and through that they were able to negotiate the price of my new home down by $15k. They are SUPER responsive and look out for the buyers best interest. They are also very patient in answering questions first time home buyers like myself might have and never once made me feel dumb for asking any questions. They were on top of everything that needed to get done and made the buying process much easier than it wouldve been if i didnt have them working with me. They also have great connections for everything you will need like a third party inspection for example. Rest assured that if you work with them you are in great hands

Montse and Ken were a pleasure to work with. Montse she asked questions and listened and soon had a really good picture of what exactly we were looking for. In fact, already on our second day she called me shortly before our appointment and asked whether I wanted to see an addt’l property that just had come on the market. She thought we would like it. We loved it. We put an offer in on the spot.Montse and Ken are very knowledgeable about the Houston market, they gave us a ton of information and contacts for work to be done afterwards. They don’t leave their clients after the house is sold/bought. We still ask Montse and Ken for advice. With this team you are in good hands.

As a professional home inspector, I have worked with many real estate agents. Ken & Montse, from the MK Team are some of the best! Its obvious that they truly care about finding the right home for their clients and in the right condition. While some realtors care more about making the sale, Ken and Montse care about the client. Its always a pleasure to work with them!
