He was the voice of reason, when we would get excited about a property, and he would clearly point out all the things we needed to consider. He was willing to go way out of his area, when we decided to look at a lake on the east side of Dallas. He was honest that he didn’t know the area, but he did his research to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He was a great negotiator. I could call him anytime, and he made it seem like nothing was ever a problem. When we needed additional inspections on the house we chose, Edgar spent the day in Rockwall, so he would be available to let the people in the house. He laid out all the steps in the home buying process, then patiently helped us navigate each one. He gave us the names of some lenders and insurance people, and each one we contacted went above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was way more than a real estate agent!

Edgar (& the rest of team minteer) is hands down the BEST realtor in the DFW/North Texas area. My fiancee and I had found out in January 2019 that we had to move DFW for work (were from Orange County, CA).
