Thomas is the BEST realtor Ive worked with, so GOOD that he helped me buy my house in EADO 4 years ago and I used him to sell the same house recently. When he sold me my first house I trusted his advice and he was looking out for me (personal and financial well being) especially since he is extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, builders and market. He is very on top of his responses (whether its via text, email, phone or even weekends and on his vacations) and sending you listings of houses even before it hits the market and works with your budget and doesnt pressure you to go beyond your means and also takes the time to educate you so that you are informed about your options and decisions. He did not have to do that and he was very thorough in his explanations and giving me his valuable thoughts and opinions. As a first time home buyer, its an overwhelming experience and Thomas played a key role in making the home buying experience a lot smoother and less stressful. He was on top of scheduling showings with me, visiting and touring homes and very flexible and accommodating with my schedule. He also shares his network of inspectors, lawn, plumbers, painters, etc. which is helpful.When it was time to sell my home, my husband and I looked at other agents to put bids out per my company relocation requirements and Thomas came with a bid that was reasonable and realistic while the other agent oversold it. We immediately knew the difference in that Thomas had done a lot of research, knows the area very well and the target audience. It was a no brainer for us to go with Thomas and Im so thankful that my company had him on their approved agents list because we couldnt imagine working with another realtor. He also gave us tips on renting vs. selling which was very helpful to us in making a decision on selling. Thomas gave us advice on how to arrange our house to be show ready and got all the documentation and pictures in to get the listing out and we were able to sell it pretty quickly and wrap things up within less than a month and in time for us to move out to another state. The entire experience both on the buying and selling side has been wonderful and we highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to go with Thomas and his team. He also hosts an annual gathering at his place which is such a great way to keep in contact with his clients and that is always appreciated so its not just a one time relationship but a continued one. We did a cross-country move from Connecticut to Houston a few months ago, which in itself was already stressful.
