Totally Professional - Knows The BusinessMichele not only helped me purchase my home, but also sold an old home of ours, and sold me another home. She has been my realtor for the last few years with the exceptional service that she provides. She did not tell me what I wanted to hear, she told us how the market was for the area and that we were expecting too much for our home. The minute she gave us the listings in the area that were just like ours, she was right on the money. Listed our home, and had it sold within three days. When purchasing my next two homes with her, she knew those properties well, and what would best fit my lifestyle. Michele knew who I needed to speak with for mortgage lending, insurance, and literally just about bought the house by knowing all that needed to be done. Jacobs is a very sharp and efficient realtor who really knows her stuff. Our home was very professionally marketed with great wording and pictures. We had a buyer for our home in less than 24 hours after it was posted. This was a blessing to me so i didnt have to worry about having an open house and what to do with our dogs that day.Michele had made us aware that the value of our home was worth way more than we were told by other realtors and she was spot on as we were able to get full asking price.Needless to say we were completely blown away!Michele also helped us with our new home ... she worked hard on our behalf with some issues that arose with the builder and lender.
