Mike was a wonderful and patient agent, while I spent close to 6 months looking for my first home. I learned many things from Mike as we visited each house. He always made time to meet me at EVERY house I wanted to see. During my search I told one of my neighbors what a great agent he was and they also worked with Mike to purchase their first home. They actually found & bought a house before I did. When I finish my remodel, he will be the agent I use to sell the house I purchased in Plano in a great neighborhood. Hes the best!

Mike was a fantastic realtor through every step of our process. We were extremely picky buyers in an ultra competitive market. He remained patient and never placed pressure on us as we viewed countless homes. Mike was available at the drop of a dime to send over comps or show us a home. He’s very efficient with his time and made us feel as if we were his only clients, even though he stays busy with several. Mike is extremely professional and developed great rapport with the seller’s agent. He stayed in constant communication with her, which helped us to stand out among several other potential buyers in a bidding war. He helped us understand every step of the closing process and was a fantastic advisor through repair negotiations. It’s clear Mike is passionate about real estate and loves his job. We couldn’t recommend him any higher.

Mike helped us locate and purchase a home in Dallas recently and it was really a good experience. He was patient with our changes in plans, listened to our needs and did not pressure us to head in any particular direction too quickly. He gave good local advice and steered us through the purchase process with no problems. The most important quality I observed with Mike was that he is a modern thinking agent - he acknowledges that sites like Zillow mean that the clients are often doing their own searches and coming up with their own short lists of houses to view. Mike encouraged this with us and then easily facilitated our access to these homes on short notice and provided his own opinions on the value and location being considered. He did not try to tell us what was best for us or push homes that offered himself some sort of financial gain. There is great value in this attitude that should not be discounted. I really cant recommend Mike enough if this is the type of buyer you are.

Michael Anderson is the most amazing realtor I have ever worked with. (I have worked with a few!) He made himself available every time I asked to see a home. He is patient, kind, and has a great sense of humor. He made sure this transaction was basically seamless and helped negotiate an awesome contract. He went the extra mile during this process and assisted with finding an inspector who was absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this agent. Just know that you will not be disappointed with his service or his track record. This process would have been an absolute nightmare without this talented realtor. We are so thankful!!!!

We’ve purchased and sold 2 homes with Michael. We can’t imagine working with anyone else ever again. He is very helpful and diligent and always responds quickly. DFW is a very tricky and fast-paced market but Michael is aggressive when he needs to be. He understands the market and always does in depth research to give us the information we need before we even ask.

I was able to text, email or call Michael and he will respond quickly. If I saw a house on the market he would quickly set up a time within minutes to view the house. Very helpful and easy to work with, especially for a first time home buyer! He walked me through the whole process. Would strongly recommend!

Mr. Anderson was referred to me by a co-worker who was very happy with her home purchase.When I was hunting for my first home, he showed me a variety of homes and was honest and up-front about potential downsides of the properties including that all important question: What have I not considered in regards to this home?. This helped me avoid a couple of houses that I was initially enamored with, but would have been poor long-term fits for me.He knew the areas I was looking at (East Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Carrollton, Oak Cliff) and advised me on how each neighborhood was trending -- with a lot more detail that I could get from Trulia or Zillow.Mr. Anderson is an excellent, laid-back realtor. He was not pushy, and did not try to direct me towards properties that were outside of, or on the upper edge of my budget. He didnt try to steer me towards properties where he was representing the seller either. He is highly trustworthy and reliable and I would recommend him for anyone searching for their home in DFW.Hes also lightning fast. Once I picked a property, initial offer to close was only 20 days.
