When it came time to sell our house, I started looking at various realtors in the area. I had heard about Matt and his reputation of being one of the best realtors to deal with. He did not disappoint! I met with Matt a couple of times before I decided he was the realtor for us. Each time we met I felt like he really had our best interest and not just another client.Matt discussed various options for us to help sell quickly and at top dollar. He pointed out a few things that would help improve the salability of our house. He had a team that came in and did touchup painting, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and sprinkler repair. Every one of them were amazing!We had our first offer in less than a week but declined because of their lowball offer. A couple of days later Matt brought us our second offer which was at full asking price.
