Lance Pate did an amazing job to get me a dream home of my own. He went above and beyond from making phone calls to everything. He knows a lot of people to do the job such as finding an inspector, etc. That helps a lot and lessen the hassle to a busy buyer just like me. Would recommend him 100%

I HIGHLY recommend working with Lance Pate at Merge Realty. He recently helped us sell our home and purchase a new home that we could have only dreamed of. Lance is professional, very knowledgeable in his field, super responsive at all hours and on the weekends, and an all around great guy. Lance walked us through each process step by step and when we had questioned that might have seemed silly he answered them with kindness and always with confidence. Due to two failed contingencies and other obvious issues with 2020, Lance had to list my property longer than anticipated. Despite this, he consistently worked hard to sell it. He was always quick to follow up on showings with other agents and promptly kept me informed. His understanding on lending was helpful in evaluating options with potential buyers. I highly recommend Lance for his respectable work ethic and creditable knowledge on lending. This, along with his experience, allows you to have a well versed agent.

This was my selling a home, so of course I researched. I found nothing but positive reviews. I also heard the warnings before selling, and the potential pitfalls. Im happy to say I experienced none of these pitfalls as we were walked through every part of the process. When we sold our home, it went for far more than we asked, and it went quickly, and most of all SMOOTHLY!I wouldnt go with anyone else.. Its SO important to find the right company when selling what is a huge, if not the biggest investment most of us will ever have. Dont waste your time with so many folks with hands in your pie. One company can walk you through all of it! SO MUCH EASIER!
