Melody partnered with me EVERY STEP of the way as the House required work and refreshing to present for best the best price. Melody was a partner in the preparation and Sale of the home. It was the home of a dear friend that passed unexpectedly and I was unprepared/unexperienced in preparing a home for sale. Melody provided clear and honest guidance regarding the market and possibilities of sale approaches. She was more then willing to discuss every possible approach to the liquidation of this property and had some great suggestions regarding the contents as well. Melody Orrantia helped us both to sell our house and buy a new one when my husband and I decided to downsize last spring. She was totally committed to our plans as she listened carefully to our needs and helped us price and stage our previous home. She was very patient as she showed us houses for a potentially new home. Melody was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful in negotiating the sale of our home and the purchase of another. Even after the move, she has been great about following up with us to be sure that we are doing all we need to do for tax exemptions and other matters we otherwise might have overlooked. My husband and I have enjoyed working with her not only for all she does as a realtor, but for who she is as a person: patient, caring, fair, and kind. We very highly recommend her as a realtor.
