Mark Hanna and Tatiana Mello are a great combo! Mark And Tatiana provided in person and remote help with purchasing a lot. I was able to text them at any about any time of the day to get questions answered. If it was late they would respond promptly the next day. I was undecided about several lots and they helped us discuss the options to select one. Mark Hanna was previously a mortgage banker which also helped to answer our questions when dealing with banks. They leverage technology such as a website and online signing that allowed decisions to be made while I was at the office. The team Mark, Tatiana, and Jessica together provide great support to answer all your questions and get documentation processed. Jessica the office manager provides great support when dealing with documentation. I am very pleased with the work the Mark and Tatiana have done that I am continuing to work with them on some other projects. I would highly recommend them to you. Hopefully my review helps you.

I loved working with Tatiana Hanna and would highly recommend her to anyone who requires an agent. Not only is she professional and has years of expert knowledge in the real estate industry, she is also very easy to work with, personable, responsive, attentive and caring. I feel I gained both an agent and a friend. So grateful to have found Tatiana and to have worked with Mark Hanna of Hanna Solutions. Hanna Solutions project managed the renovations of my property in McAllen, TX and they completed it quickly, and in time for Tatiana to place it in the market ... I received 3 offers in 4 days and the home sold quickly! Tatiana and Mark Hanna make a very effective, power-duo couple in this industry and they get the job done!! And may I also say, that trying to update and sell a home in TX when you live in another state is quite challenging but with their help, it was a success and worry-free. Tatiana and Mark helped my husband and me purchase our first home. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about real estate, but they are just all-around great people. They were available what seemed 24/7 for all the questions we had throughout the process, and they were always willing to go anywhere and do anything to make things easier for us. SUCH a smooth, positive experience for a task that can often be intimidating. I wish I could put 10 stars!!!!
