Melinda was incredibly helpful with staging and decor to optimize our selling price and get the home sold quickly. She was very instrumental in new home as well. She went with us to the design center and helped with maximizing upgrades and getting the most for our money. We were able to have it built while avoiding the double move after our sale as she helped us to do a lease back sale that allowed us to move from our old home directly into our new home. I would strongly recommend Melinda Stone to sell and help you find a new home. She was amazing!!!

After the thorough tour of our dream home from Melinda L Stone of Coldwell Banker APEX informed me that the house had prequalified for an incredible grant through Bank of America. We went through the process with Bank of America and we now have a beautiful home that we only had to put down slightly more than what we have to put down for security deposits at previous apartment complexes. This grant allowed us the freedoms to not feel burdened with the exorbitant costs of home ownership but to start this journey with more financial resources than we would have otherwise been able to without this enormous opportunity. We now are proud home owners not feeling overburdened with normal costs that come up with homeownership because we started a couple steps ahead of the game with this grant! Im so grateful to Melinda Stone with Coldwell Banker APEX, for helping making the home-buying process so smooth and enjoyable.
