Meaghan is the best agent in the game, hands down, there is a reason why she is the owner of her agency. Buying a house can be intimidating for first time buyers like myself. Meaghan took care of everything for us from calling contractors and getting quotes to making selling our home a breeze. She never made me feel like I had to do any of this alone, and she answered every single question I had. Her right hand lady Michelle is also so incredibly helpful. Not only was Meaghan able to help us work out a deal of a lifetime for a new home, she also had our home under contract after only a DAY on the market. She is our agent and now friend for life. WOW!! Word cannot even explain how grateful I am for Meaghan! Meaghan has been trying to find me the perfect house for my daughters and me for about a year. This is my first time every purchasing a home and I was clueless. Meaghan has given me so much insight and recommendations! She provided me the number to an AWESOME inspector(Jeff) who was Very Detailed and helpful. Jeff made sure the house was thoroughly inspected properly! I worked with Shiloh on purchasing my new home in Lake Jackson/Clute. She was FANTASTIC to work with! I have nothing but good things to say about her. My offer was accepted, and when it came to inspections she was very helpful and didnt shy away from helping me get things done that needed to be done.
