I met Kathy McSwane of McSwane real estate when I ask a friend if he knew of a good realtor that I was going to sell My house h. And he gave me Kathy ‘s name. She came to my house the same day that I made the phone call. I explained to her that I had never sold a thing in my life and did not have a clue about what to expect. Her answer was; “ That’s what I’m here for!’ She Had the house on the market and the second day a request for showing was received. And 10 days an offer, Kathy explained in detail error document to be signed; responsibility the seller versus the buyer; in contact with the other realtor. I’m sure there were other things that happened that I did not know about but she made everything just as smooth as possible. I walked away thinking hey that’s how real estate gets sold. Kathy was with me from day one to closing.Kathy is a warm friendly person; she’s professional. She’s knowledgeable about her job. And I have no problem Given her the highest recommendation I could possibly offer. I never felt stressed or felt any anxiety while all of this was going on. It was A pleasureTo work with you, Kathy . Job well done.

Tell the average Fairfield resident that Kathy McSwane is your real estate agent and 9/10 will respond good family or good people. This is a fact, and well worth mentioning. The love & respect this town has for the McSwane family is common knowledge in Fairfield, Tx. This is my 5 star review of Kathy McSwane & McSwane reality. On 4/3/24 at 4pm, I googled the top real estate agents in Fairfield, TX & called them all. Seeing that they all close at 4:30pm, they all had no chance of answering my call. no one answered and no messages were left by me. The next morning we woke at La Quinta Fairfield (5 stars), at 8am from a call from Kathy McSwane of McSwane reality. I asked if she was familiar with Fairfield and she replied I grew up there. I thought to myself Excellent, she knows the town and she was the only one who made an effort to contact me, Shes my girl! At this point I gave her a list of 5 homes I was interested in. She called me back an hour later, successfully scheduling 4 out of the 5 showings for that very day. After giving me the good news she says Its funny you called when you did, Im actually going to Fairfield today to list a house for a new client. I laughed & reminded her that she called me. We decided to meet at her new listing first. My wife & I met Kathy @ 11am on 4/4/24 by 11:45am we had come to terms struck a deal & the house was ours. By returning a call (a call with no message), by taking the initiative no other agent took, she was successful! Successful for the buyer, the seller & herself. Kathy showed integrity throughout the process & a genuine car for her clients on both sides of the table. This is the last house we will ever buy, and it is so much more then we ever hoped for. Its absolutely perfect & I cannot thank her enough. I whole heartedly believe that Kathy McSwane & her agency set the standard y which all real estate agents should be judged. concimate professionals & genuinely good people. Kathy was absolutely amazing through our search and buying process. She is hands down one of the nicest, most responsive realtors I have ever met. I will be recommending her to everyone I know and meet. My wife and I could not be happier with the experience we had buying our new home through Kathy. She had multiple hoops to jump through and never missed a beat and was awesome and worked through everything quickly and efficiently. I would give her 10 stars out of 5 for sure.

It didnt matter is we had a question, a change, a hurdle or needed an advocate.. Kathy was there. We met her from Zillow and what a blessing it was. We bought a house over 2 hours from where she showed us the first house and she was there every step of the way. Kind, professional and just outstanding. When most brokers or realtors are complacent she was anything but. I would recommend her every time.
